CelebratingDoris Addison Sefa: Trailblazer, Leader, and Champion of Change
On 19 July 2024, Doris Addison Sefa (Mrs.), Chief Driver at Ladybird Logistics Limited, received Special Recognition at the Ghana International Petroleum Conference (GHiPCON) Awards Gala. Honoured as the longest-serving female tanker driver in the country, Doris was celebrated for her exceptional leadership and dedication to driving change in Ghana’s downstream petroleum sector.
For over half a decade, Doris has led from the front – not just behind the wheel but asa mentor and role model for every woman at Ladybird Logistics. As Chief Driver, she plays a vital role in fostering a strong culture of discipline, safety, and collaboration. Her journey is a testament to grit, growth, and the power of purpose.
Doris’ recognition is more than a personal milestone. It is a proud moment for all of us at ZEN Petroleum and Ladybird Logistics. Her story captures what Ladybird stands for – boldly challenging gender norms, creating decent jobs, and proving that Ghanaian women can lead in any field, including logistics and transport.
At ZEN, we are inspired by Doris and every woman who chooses the road less travelled. We celebrate Doris not only for her years of service but for the legacy she continues to build –one journey, one truck, and one trailblazing example at a time.
Congratulations, Doris. Your story moves us all forward.
